Who Am I?
I’m your mastermind behind Full Bloom Events; where wedding coordination is a little bit kick-ass & a whole lot of heart.
Born & raised in Texas, I’m now living it up in Colorado with my amazing husband, our pre-teen son, & our sweet 12-year-old border collie (her name is Baby). I’ve been in the wedding game for over a decade, and let me tell you, I’m obsessed.
When I’m not planning weddings, I’m living my best life. You can find me belting out lyrics to Rihanna, Jhene Aiko, Ariana Grande, Dua Lipa & Taylor Swift. Binge-watching all reality TV (like The Challenge) & mind-bending shows (like Yellowjackets & Reacher), or learning something random from TikTok… because why not? Oh, and I’m always here for the mainstream fun, because, like Taylor says:
“Just because something’s cliché does not mean that it’s not awesome.”
I’m not just here to make sure your wedding day runs smoothly (though I do that too). I’m here to make sure you feel fully supported, totally seen, and like the freaking star you are. I’ve got your back from start to finish, and I genuinely care about your day being as perfect as you’ve always dreamed. You’re not just another wedding to me; I believe in creating experiences that feel personal, special, & full of love.
I’m a huge lover of Jesus, & I believe all love matters. No matter what you’ve been through or what life has thrown your way, you deserve to feel celebrated, accepted, & loved here. I know what it’s like to be treated differently because of things beyond your control, & that’s why Full Bloom Events is all about creating a space where you feel like you matter, because you do.
My Origin Story
I didn’t always know I was destined to be a wedding expert, but life has a funny way of showing you what you’re meant to do. My journey started back in Texas when I was working for a DJ company. I loved being part of weddings, creating the soundtrack to some of the best moments of people’s lives, but then something happened that changed everything.
I was DJing a wedding one day, and I noticed the bride didn’t seem happy… at all. Every time she talked to her coordinator, she got more upset, more teary-eyed, & it was like no one was really there for her. I could feel the stress literally radiating off her, & it broke my heart. Weddings are supposed to be a time of joy, right? But this bride was barely holding it together because her coordinator wasn’t giving her the support she needed.
In that moment, I knew I could do better. I knew I could be the person that brides & couples could count on, someone who would genuinely care about every little detail & make sure they actually got to enjoy their day. I didn’t want anyone else to feel the way that bride did. That’s when I decided I was going to be a wedding coordinator… & not just any coordinator, but the best damn coordinator who cares deeply about each & every human we get to work with.
And so, Full Bloom Events was born. I started back in 2018 & I’ve been living out that mission in Colorado since 2021.
