Pricing for Full Bloom Event’s Couples<\/strong><\/summary>\n

The size of your wedding will be the biggest factor in your pricing. We require a 30% deposit with a signed contract<\/em> to book your wedding date with us. Then the remaining 70% will be due 3 weeks before your wedding day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We will plan with your vendors & finalize details for your wedding timeline starting 30 days out from your wedding date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A 6-month-out \u201cWedding Kick-Off\u201d meeting, to-do list & meeting notes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A 3-month-out \u201cTimeline Details\u201d meeting, to-do list & meeting notes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Your own wedding portal powered by Trello: complete with documents, lists, & tips straight from the Colorado wedding industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can also always add the partial planning individual services onto the Coordination package at any time; no added fees, just the cost of the items themselves.

Wedding Coordinator Services<\/summary>\n

1 on-site professional lead coordinator (11 hours for the wedding day).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

0-2 on-site professional assistant(s) (11 hours for the wedding day).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Chief Event Coordinator \/ CEO on-site for part of your wedding day (up to 10 hours).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wedding rehearsal coordination (1 hour the day before your wedding day).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We will direct, oversee, & act as your POC (point of contact) for your wedding day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Oversee the set-up & tear-down of your wedding

FBE is not responsible for setting up the entire wedding or performing another vendor\u2019s duties unless those services are specifically included in the contract.<\/em><\/sub><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Set up & tear down your personal decorations & items for your wedding.

We handle the setup of personal decorations. This includes anything that you personally bring to the venue on the day of the wedding. All personal decorations must be fully prepared, assembled, organized, & ready to be placed when FBE arrives.<\/em><\/sub><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our wedding day emergency kits (4) with everything needed for setup, teardown, & any on-the-spot needs during your event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Capture photos & videos throughout your wedding day & deliver this content to you within one week after your wedding.

Please note: We are not professional photographers or videographers. This is something we genuinely enjoy doing to capture the behind-the-scenes moments you may otherwise miss!<\/em><\/sub><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Creation & finalization of the wedding day vendor information sheet, full wedding timeline, and floor plan layout.
