When you choose Full Bloom Events to be your wedding coordinator, you can be confident that we know exactly how to run your wedding!

Being in the wedding industry (coordinator, choreographer, dj, venue rep., you name it!) since 2014, I can guarantee you will receive quality, experience, and hard work from us, as well as kindness, patience, collaboration, and trust. We got you!

Here, at Full Bloom Events, we are passionate about each and every one of our couples, and creating a well-planned, stress-free, and beautiful wedding day!

My goal is to make sure you don’t have to worry about a thing on your wedding day! That includes your fiancé, parents, friends… I want you to enjoy your wedding. 

It is YOUR day and YOUR celebration, and you deserve to have it be the BEST day of your life!

What We Do.

We will direct and oversee your event as your lead wedding coordinator.

We will plan with vendors as the main communication and designate wedding vendor responsibilities.

We will oversee set-up and tear-down / set-up and tear-down your personal decorations and items for your wedding.

We will provide and finalize details for your wedding timeline and confirm between vendors.

We will check-in with you after you book, we won’t just disappear. Please bug us if you have any questions! We are here to help!

We will supply a wedding day emergency kit (just in case, because… you never know!).

We will be raving and posting all about your wedding day for years to come!

Now, let me tell you what we DON’T do.

We do not set up tables or chairs (guys, I’m only like 120 pounds… you need more muscle for this job.)

We do not handle other vendors jobs. (I’m not a DJ, caterer, serving staff or a photographer… and definitely not a makeup artist.)

We are not babysitters. (Not for your dog, your second cousin’s baby, your drunk grandma, or anyone.)

For quality purposes, we do not book more than 2 weddings a month!! This means we are in HIGH demand, book with us early!

We do not cancel weddings! No matter the rain, sunshine, snow, blizzard, hurricane, world destruction… okay too far… but you get the jist. We have a 100% attendance record for the weddings we have booked, and we don’t plan on breaking our perfect record any time soon.

How it works.

Once Hired

Reach out anytime for advice and recommendations on vendors and planning. Expect an email 7 weeks out from your wedding day to schedule our next meeting.

30 Days Before

I will start working on your timeline, contacting vendors, helping with all planning still in process and guiding you through the “to do” list for your wedding.

The Week Before

I will send out the timeline, vendor list, and floor plan(s) to everyone involved. All planning will be complete and you are free to enjoy your wedding week!

The Day Before

I will coordinate your rehearsal along with your officiant. All you have to do is show up!

The Wedding Day

I will arrive at the venue when scheduled, direct all vendors throughout the day, set-up and tear-down personal decoration items, manage the timing and flow of events, and be your point of contact for any questions/concerns throughout the night.

Pricing for the 2024 Wedding Year

We are fully booked for the year of 2023! If you are getting married in 2024, or even 2025, hit us up for your coordinator needs!
