Here’s what you need to know about each FBE starting position:
- Assistant Wedding Coordinator Pay: $18 per hour starting out, with opportunities for a $1 raise annually until you reach the cap.
- Wedding Operations Manager Pay: $18 per hour starting out, with opportunities for a $1 raise annually until you reach the cap. We’re not hiring for this role.
- Marketing Representative Pay: $100 per stage completion starting out, with opportunities for more work opportunities. We’re not hiring for this role.
- Taxes: This is a contractor position, meaning you’ll receive full pay but will be responsible for handling your own taxes at the end of the year (in other words, save some cash).
- Benefits: We don’t currently offer benefits, but we do offer an amazing, supportive team & fun days on the job!
Job Description – Assistant Coordinator:
As an Assistant Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our Lead Planner & contributing to the execution of weddings & events. You will be responsible for assisting, completion & coordinating every aspect of the event on the day of the wedding. Your role will involve on-site event management of the wedding day (up to 11 hours).
Qualifications are exceptional problem-solving skills, persistent communication skills, attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, flexibility & adaptable to changing circumstances / last-minute adjustments, able to see the needs of others, & a genuine passion for turning dreams into reality, & holding a strong desire to learn and grow in the wedding industry.
Assistant Wedding Coordinator Phase
At Full Bloom Events, we are passionate about helping you grow within the wedding industry. Our Assistant to Lead Coordinator Development Pathway ensures that each team member gains hands-on experience & progresses toward becoming a Lead Planner.
- Start by shadowing experienced Leads. Lauren (The Chief Event Coordinator of FBE) will be your go-to gal.
- Gain hands-on experience with event logistics, vendor coordination, & client interactions on the day of the wedding.
- Assist in executing events, managing setups, & handling on-the-day logistics.
- Learn to adapt to last-minute changes & enhance client communication skills.
- Promotion is based on performance & readiness for independent event coordination.
Job Description – Wedding Operations Manager
As a Wedding Operations Manager, you will play a vital role in working behind the scenes to plan weddings, & manage client communications, vendor interactions, timelines, & logistical details. You will not attend events as this is a remote job. Your role will involve event management (up to 15 hours).
Job Description – Marketing Representative
As a Marketing Representative of Full Bloom Events, you will handle all marketing activities, including social media, advertising, & brand management. You will ensure that the company’s voice & vision are consistent across all platforms. You will not attend events as this is a remote job.

We want you to look & feel like part of the team, so we’ll provide you with a Full Bloom Events t-shirt & either a long-sleeve hoodie or sweatshirt, whichever you prefer! Please wear black & neutral tones on wedding days. Absolutely no white out of respect for the bride.
